Shipping & Returns
Cards are precious cargo. Here's exactly how we get them to you — and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States only. We don't currently offer international shipping, and orders can't be placed with a shipping address outside the US.
How Your Cards Are Packed
Every single we sell ships the way a goblin guards treasure: sleeved, in a toploader, and team-bagged. No loose cards rattling around in an envelope, ever.
Order Confirmation
We're a small operation, so we keep it simple: you'll get an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at Shopify checkout before you pay — no surprises. Whatever option you choose, the packing standard above applies.
Condition Grades
We grade singles using standard industry conditions:
- NM (Near Mint) — Looks fresh from the pack; at most the faintest signs of handling.
- LP (Lightly Played) — Minor edge or surface wear, visible on close inspection.
- MP (Moderately Played) — Noticeable wear: edge whitening, scuffing, or light scratches.
- HP (Heavily Played) — Major wear: heavy whitening, creasing, or scratching, but the card is intact.
- DMG (Damaged) — Significant damage such as tears, water damage, or deep creases.
Not sure about a grade? Email us before you buy and we'll send photos or answer condition questions — we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting.
Problems With Your Order
If something's wrong — wrong card, a grade you believe was missed, damage in transit, or an order that never arrived — email support@packgoblin.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
We'll make it right. For condition or authenticity claims, contact us within 7 days of delivery and you can return the card for a full refund. For lost or damaged shipments, contact us as soon as you notice and we'll work out a refund with you (or a replacement, if we have another copy — singles are often one of a kind).
Changed Your Mind?
We accept buyer's-remorse returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the card comes back in its original state — still in the unopened sleeve and toploader it shipped in. For these returns, you cover the cost of the return label. Email us first so we can give you return instructions.
Cards removed from their original packaging can't be accepted as remorse returns, since we can no longer guarantee their condition matches what we shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a claim for a lost or damaged order), we issue your refund through Shopify to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of approval; after that, your bank or card issuer determines how quickly it appears on your statement.
